April: Crepes

Apparently I am on a French kick lately. March was macaroons and now it’s time for crepes! Maybe this means I will be venturing to France some time soon!

I was considering a dessert crepe, and than I realized it was dinner time and I didn’t want something sweet. They may not look very pretty but they tasted great (my room mate can vouch for me!)

The filling is sauteed mushrooms, spinach, bacon and ricotta! I also added parmesan to the crepe batter. These were actually really easy to make, and I am sure that I will be making different types of crepes in the future!

Any suggestions for next months Time to try something else…maybe a different country theme?
